Intro
MyMonMan (My Monday Manifest) is a weekly journal protocol that will help you feel more in tune with your self, your life, and your creativity. All creativity is a response to the environment an life itself. The best work often emerges after periods of hyper emotional events. Happiness, heartbreak, etc. However, a chaotic life can easily overwhelm an individual far too quickly.
This protocol is meant to reign in some of that chaos and provide a repeatable structure that can help you sharpen your mind and create.

Life is chaotic, but the best approach isn’t to sedate it. You want to live the most chaotic life in order to obtain the best ingredients for your work. This journal protocol is one I’ve used and tinkered on for two years. It breaks down the journaling process.
Problems
- Life is hard
- Being creative is hard
- Sorting life while trying to be creative is a dually intense suffering.
- Journaling is hard
- Journaling can often be too random - over a short period of time, it is very cathartic, but over a long period of time, things don’t really get done.
