- Based on the notes, write out the TASKS for the changes you want to implement.
- This document should be written in such a way that you could hand this document off to someone else to do the work.
‘SAVE AS’ TITLE-VERSION-2.0
- Duplicate your old draft/file
- Save it as Version 2.0
Implement the EDITS
- Based on your edit procedure document, go back to your work and implement the edits.
You will have:
- Version 1.0
- Edit Procedure Document for 1.0
- Version 2.0 (effective result of 1.0 + the edits)
